Return Process

  Log into your Amazon Flex account, visit your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are inTheir original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
